Maggie & Brett: Service minded young married professionals to join Rotary Club of Millcreek

Maggie Mulder Crockett has been in the field of special education since 1999, first as a classroom teacher for students with severe disabilities, and then as faculty in the special education department at the University of Utah. She has been involved with Youthlinc since 2002 when she went to the Mexico site at Piedras Negras to work in the school for students with disabilities.

She and her husband Brett have two kids, Lily (6) and Zeke (3 1/2) who she loves spending time with and is a frequent volunteer in their classrooms. In her rare spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading.

Brett is an attorney at the firm of Morriss, O'Bryant, and Compagni and specializes in patent, copyright, and trademark law.

He has also been a Shriner's clown since 2005 and enjoys entertaining the children at Shriner's hospital as well as volunteering to bring donated items to the children receiving treatment at the hospital and their families. His desire to volunteer brought him to become a Shriner and has made him interested in being a part of Rotary as well.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his kids, Lily and Zeke, cooking, and reading.
